Daylesford Spa Country Railway
The Daylesford Spa Country Railway (which is operated by the Central Highlands Tourist Railway) is a volunteer-operated 1,600 mm (5 ft 3 in) broad gauge tourist railway located in Victoria, Australia. It operates on a section of the formerly disused and dismantled Daylesford line. It presently operates between Daylesford and the hamlet of Bullarto.

The restored heritage trains takes tourists for a ride through the beautiful scenic countryside and forest of the Central Highlands, to the highest operating railway station in Victoria. The Daylesford Spa Country Railway, a Rail safety Accredited tourist railway operator, offers a regular schedule or excursion trains every Sunday.
Popular with families, friends and railway buffs, the train rides start from the 1882 heritage listed railway station in Daylesford. The return journey along the top of the range traverses open farmland and thick forest, passing the sites of ancient volcanos and little communities established in the gold rush era
The vintage train, once a common sight throughout country Victoria in the 1970’s, is fully heated and air conditioned for your comfort.
