The continuous flow is made possible with the help of three enormous and powerful pumps which are capable of delivering water at a rate of 623 liters per second at astonishing speed of 233 mph (375 km/h). The rate of water flow is up to 1023-ft (312m). In other words its airborne mass can exceed 18 short tons (16,000 kg).The height of water throw is more than that of Eiffel Tower excluding its antenna. The fountain has been running for over twenty years now.
