DzomboA feeling of space is what comes to mind when staying in Dzombo. Three large bedrooms sleeping 6 guests in comfort. A veranda leads off the lounge into the garden where a private swimming pool awaits you. A cosy open lapa is also situated in close proximity to the pool if guests prefer to relax and unwind, soaking in the fresh air of the Bushveld. Dzombo is situated on Phelwana dam and guests are able to hear the hippos grunting away and the sounds of the Kingfisher from above.MafunyaneOne of our largest units, Mafunyane can sleep six guests. A veranda overlooks the pool and thatched sitting area with the dam beyond. Set amidst beautiful trees Mafunyane offers a wonderful feeling of space amongst the Bushveld scenery JoaoSituated alongside the viewing tower and small waterhole, is Joao. Sleeping six guests comfortably, Joao also provides guests their own swimming pool. All secluded and very private. Joao is situated deep in the bush and enjoys much game that drink at the water hole. This unit is wheel chair friendly and fully equipped for people with disabilities.

Kambaku & ShingwedziTwo of our oldest villas based on the typical hunters lodge design, Kambaku is very secluded. Nyalas often frequent the lawn grazing during the day. A newly refurbished pool offers a tranquil setting and relaxation during those warm days. Two bedrooms en suite offer space and comfort to our guests. Thatched ceilings add to the nostalgia of the past creating an old world charm.MandleveSituated at the end of Phelwana dam is Mandleve. Sleeping four guests in comfort, Mandleve is also very private. The veranda overlooks the pool and thatched pergola and the majestic trees alongside. A sparkling pool offers guests relaxation after a long hot day during the summer months.

Phelwana offers guests two walking trails. We are undergoing a project in which we are labelling trees with name tags. Each tag will explain the name of the tree which guests can cross reference using their own handbook. A Field guide will accompany guests on walks in the morning and evening.
